John Monteleone

Born Gianni Antonio Monteleone in Jackson Heights, Queens, John graduated from The School of Visual Arts and immediately became a prolific illustrator painting hundreds of book covers from classic Westerns, to Science Fiction/Fantasy. John segued into a fine-art career and his highly skilled and sought after classical paintings now hang in many important museums, corporate, and private collections throughout the world including, Israel, Milan, Tokyo, Madrid, Berlin, Geneva, Paris, and New York. John directed the short film "Valley of the Moon," which won 4 awards and garnished 10 official festival selections worldwide including "Best Cinematography" at the 2009 Omaha Film Festival.
