You've seen his face on print-ads to television commercials across Asia from Intel, Nokia, Pepsi, Osim to bank and insurance companies just to name a few. Whilst on holiday in New York after his graduation, Sean was first scouted to appear in a short film 'Have a Ball' in which he plays a detective! This was his first acting gig and led to his interest in filmmaking. Having returned to HK he began modeling after being scouted by an agent on a night out with friends. In 2007, he participated in the movie 'City without Baseball' both on screen and in voice over's. It was in 2008, that he landed the lead role as 'Ivan' in Permanent residence. His performance gained him glowing reviews and recognition from the critics and audience alike. In 2010, he won 'Best New Actor' at the 10th Chinese Film Media Awards, comprised of the media and critics from China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Since then, he has shot Xun Ren Qi Shi, playing opposite Chinese actress Yu Nan. Dual Crisis, a Chinese love story directed by Xu Jinglei. Camera, a sci-fi movie due out later this year, directed by James Leong. And is currently filming a 3D Horror movie in Sydney, directed by John Le. His acting training came from the prestigious Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York. He was previously represented by CAA and is currently under management by Shaw Brothers Studio. Sean's other passion is in music, sports and martial arts having competed in TKD nationally in England, he gained a silver medal with a broken foot. Great acting inspires him and his favorites include Christian Bale, Edward Norton, Clive Owen, Al Pacino, Marion Cotillard, and Daniel Day-Lewis.
