Actress/Writer Erica Bardin is a lover of storytelling whether it be on stage, on screen or on the page. Some of her earliest and most treasured work took place in the living room of her Floridian grandparents who hosted an annual holiday variety show starring her and her family. Erica is a graduate of the Los Angeles UCB Theater and regularly performs around town with her improv team "Glam Hot Damn." Since Erica dove into her 7-year-long career in comedy, she has written, produced and performed in a variety of capacities including the award-winning comedy web pilot "Natural Hazards" (2009) and hit Comedy Central short, "2 Girls 1 Cop," (2010) both of which she wrote and starred in.She's in development on a comedic feature with Panay Filmswith her writing partner Susan Graham. (2014) Before diving into comedy, Erica was a journalist working both as an on camera reporter and producer. She earned her Masters in Journalism at USC and during her time there, she covered USC Football for Yahoo Sports as well as working in production at the NFL Network. She also worked as a coordinator and researcher for documentaries on PBS and National Geographic. Other credits include: Ticking Clock (a thriller feature,) Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2, Quiet (a short film,) and national commercials such as Verizon, Dell and Papa Johns. She trained theatrically in scene study with Ivana Chubbuck for three years.
