Dan Smith is a tattoo artist, musician and television personality. Born in Middlesbrough, UK, Smith grew up in New Zealand. He is most known for his appearance on reality TV show LA Ink and Dexter. He owns Captured Tattoo in Old Town Tustin, California. Smiths art style is diverse and he specializes in multiple styles. Known mostly for his American traditional work and tiny micro-sneakers. His celebrity clientele consists of actors such as Simon Pegg and Fairuza Balk. Musicians such as Fall Out Boy member Pete Wentz, Tim Armstrong from Rancid and and WWE wrestler CM Punk. His band Sharp Shock have released two studio albums to date.
