Brian Bouyea is the executive director of Root Beer Studios. He has an extensive interest in both acting and film. He was first inspired to act when he saw the movie "The Mask" with Jim Carry. From there he developed, not just a love for theatre and screen acting, but a passion for directing as well. He has been intensely involved with the independent film industry for the past ten years. He is a thespian of troupe 6945 and has been the lead in multiple plays. "The Network" (2011) is his third major and most successful film. He is best known for his first film "Save the Trees" (2008) and his second, "The Taxidermist" (2009). His most recent work has been concentrated in the genre of horror. If you were to meet him you would not meet a dark person but quite the opposite. He does plan to return to the comedy scene but for now he enjoys the technical and makeup experience that the world of horror has brought. He attends New England Institute of Technology and plans to graduate with a Bachelors degree in Video Audio Production. Brian currently resides in Rhode Island. Brian is proficient in Final Cut After Effects Pro Tools Visionlab Studio Sony Vegas Compressor Photoshop.
