Megan Cordero grew up in the small town of Atascadero, California where she started performing as a ballerina and starred as Clara in The Nutcracker and Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream among many other principal roles. She received her B.A. in Theatre Arts from California Lutheran University, and went on to study with John Swanbeck who directed Kevin Spacey in Big Kahuna, Mark Tillman CSA, and iO West. Because her parents were still Philippine citizens when she was born, she is a dual citizen of the U.S. and The Philippines. She has played a male role in every Shakespeare play she has ever been in. At the age of twelve she was chosen to be a People to People Sports Ambassador in the Gothia World Cup for soccer in Sweden. In her free time, Ms. Cordero enjoys writing poetry and playing classical piano. She also likes to indulge herself in monthly mani-pedis with her mother.
