Michael Henry

Showing an interest in film from an early age, making innovative short films on an 8mm camcorder, using himself, friends and family members, Michael created energetic character studies in the style of P.T Anderson and Cassavettes . Whilst at university Michael and his team received critical acclaim for their short ensemble comedy 'The Waiting Room' and their collection of comedy sketches 'Best Friends That Love Each Other'. Since founding Quandary Productions in 2009, Michael has made countless short films, viral adverts, eight feature films, and won two National Television Society Awards, in between traveling the world and teaching film. Working in all areas of production, Michael's key focus is to make Quandary Productions a base which supports other artists from around the world, all year round, whilst amassing an acting troupe and create his own independent feature films every year. Michael currently resides in Cardiff, Wales.
