Bruce Robert Notman

Son of a carpenter, Bruce Notman grew up on the north side of Brisbane, went to school at Somerset State for years 1 & 2 then Stafford State year 3, and Newmarket State years 4 to 7, then Newmarket High for years 8 to 12. Joined Queensland United Foods in January 1979 as a Accounts Clerk, Joined RAAF 1979 as an Aircraft Technician. Worked through the ranks till 1991 at Amberley (F111) where he joined BAE Systems. Went to UK to do conversion courses as Weapons Instructor for Tornados, then to Saudi Arabia for 10 years. Travelled to 16 countries and 80 cities. In 2001 returned to Australia joined a Government organisation where he still continues this vocation to present, 2009.
