Nicola Joy is the founder of Hero Talent Group, a boutique talent agency based in Greater London and working internationally. Nicola is a former actress from Pimlico, Central London. Before launching Hero, Nicola worked as a Directors Rep, representing film directors for advertising work, including Matthew Vaughn, Anton Corbijn and Mike Leigh. Hero Talent Group launched in January 2015 and has grown rapidly to include some of the UK's best young emerging talent.
