Fernando Colin Roque (Mexico 1989) Master in art for the The National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). His first short film "That's the way it is" (2007) wins the prize of the best university short film. In 2008 he realizes "The song of Lowlands" documentary which won the prize of Best Photography and Special Mention in the Mexican Documentary Category for the film festival DocsMx. In 2009 he has studied in the Talent Campus Guadalajara in association with Berlinale Talent Campus. In 2011, he realizes "The the most living shout" a documentary production of the Ministry of Culture of Mexico. In 2012 he realizes and produces numerous institutional, advertisements, cultural videos and TV shows. An active member of the NGO Tuluz Live in France. He lives in France and prepares his first feature documentary "La vida es un carnaval".
