Born and raised in Japan, Koji moved to Los Angeles at the age of 18 and studied filmmaking at California State University, Long Beach. He established his own production company, Coast Vision in 2014 after he moved back to Japan. He works professionally not only as a director but producer, writer, editor, music composer and vfx artist.
