Daniel Watkins is an artist and filmmaker from Orlando, Florida who currently lives in Los Angeles. He is interested in crypto-geography, useless machines, LoFi technology, and noise. Since 2015 he has performed as half of the sound art duo Chestnut with fellow artist Christina Santa Cruz. He received his MFA in Art and Technology / Integrated Media from the California Institute of the Arts.
