Born and raised in the pacific northwest Blaine Moir' had always had a penchant for business and entertainment. He held his first video camera at age 3 and started his first business, 'Skywalker Unlimited' that created a dinosaur kiddie ride, at age 5. At age 12 he attended The Portland International Film Festival where horror icon, Wes Craven, bestowed upon him the advice to "Just keep making movies with your friends, and one day someone will start paying you for it." Blaine's devotion to the creative process and storytelling drove him to seek out like-minded individuals during HS at the Vancouver School of Arts & Academics, where he studied film and photography, creating dozens of short and feature-length narratives. After graduation Blaine moved to Los Angeles to pursue his passions and after a short run as a script coverage reader at NBC Universal made his way into commercial production. Blaine went on to found Unmanned Media and has since produced numerous music videos, short narratives, web content and VR documentaries. Some of which include, a Live 360º Feed of the 2017 Solar Eclipse for LIFE Magazine and "Bashir's Dream" a short VR narrative documentary about a young Syrian refugee in Jordan - an audience favorite at SXSW and Tribeca and named one of TIME Magazine's "Top 5 Must-See Short VR Films of 2017." Blaine Moir' now works in feature film & TV development and production in Los Angeles, CA.
