Douglas Lawlor

Douglas was raised just outside of Baltimore, Maryland. In his youth he showed great interest in black and white horror films such as The Creature of the Black Lagoon. Showing great interest in the visual arts his grandfather Robert Lawlor of Philadelphia taught him techniques in oil painting. Years later he studied painting and film at VCU in Richmond, VA. Shortly After he traveled and lived in Bali, Indonesia and different areas of Australia where he focused on street painting and creating independent film projects.
