David has been acting for 11 years in film, theatre, and in television. He began in theatre while in high school, where he was cast in the production of "The Laramie Project," a play that remains the most significant catalyst for his acting career. David's family is not foreign to the world of theater, as his maternal grandfather wrote and directed his own plays, which his family performed, in the village located in Cebu City, The Philippines. With a carefree, lighthearted attitude, David takes on every role with enthusiasm, energy, and professionalism. An organic actor with extensive training in the Stanislavsky school of acting, David finds heavy, psychological roles to be the most challenging and rewarding experiences, but comedic roles are his bread and butter. He also enjoys bread and butter, sometimes with grape or strawberry jelly in place of the butter.
