Lucy Pearl is an American contemporary R&B recording group formed in 1999, and comprised of three legendary recording artists: Raphael Saadiq (from the group Tony! Toni! Toné!), Dawn Robinson (from the group En Vogue), and Ali Shaheed Muhammad (from the group A Tribe Called Quest). On May 23, 2000, the group released their self-titled debut album "Lucy Pearl" on EMI/Virgin Records, which produced the hit singles "Dance Tonight" and "Don't Mess with My Man".
