Stanley Simons will next be seen in the upcoming Erin Vassilipoulos feature film, 'Superior', premiering in the US Dramatic Competition at Sundance 2021. He made his feature film debut in 2019 with the release of 'Angelfish', playing alongside the remarkable Princess Nokia and Jimi Stanton in Peter Lee's delightful love story set in the Bronx. Previously, Stanley played a leading role in 'Model Boy,' Jacob Brown's gritty web series exploring the dark side of the New York male modeling scene and he also starred in Sam Centore's short film 'Tyler Works at the Gas Station'. Other screen work includes glowing reviews for his performance as Issac in the The CW's 'Two Sentence Horror Stories', playing opposite Ice-T in a guest role as a troubled youth in 'Law and Order SVU', an attention grabbing role in Kumail Nanjiani's Universal TV series 'Little America', alongside several acclaimed short films. Although he was born in Sydney, Australia and lived in Shanghai, China as well as Hong Kong, home for Stanley is in Brooklyn, New York. When not preparing for a role or training for one with his long time acting coach, Sheila Gray, he plays bass guitar with his brother Sid in the up-and-coming Brooklyn band, GIRL SKIN.
