Jamie Trent

Jamie Trent is an ACS award-winning cinematographer, originally born in Sydney, Australia. He's spent the last several years working in both Los Angeles and New York City and is also an established member of the PGA (Producers Guild of America) . Most recent cinematography awards are a Silver ACS award in 2020 for a "Big Brother" segment and in 2018 a Gold ACS award for the short film "Fallen Angel". Jamie continues to create content with experience ranging from theatrical released feature films, fashion films, documentaries, music videos and commercial work. He loves to work with developing characters by using camera movement and lighting to create greater influence and impact on the story. To his credit, Jamie is a member of the ACS (Australian Cinematographers Society) and a Local 600 Cinematographer. He is an also accredited member of CSI, with over 10 years experience in color grading feature films for clients such as Netflix, LionsGate, CBS and Amazon. It is rare to find a cinematographer with accredited skills such as being a DI Colorist. Jamie is bringing a new and exciting level of skill and awareness into the business of making films.
