Emilie known as Zabou, is a French actress and stage director who spent 20 years in Asia. She was born in Brittany but spent most of her acting life in Hong Kong. She is known not only as an actress, performer but also as an artistic director and producer of a quite wide number of live performances, TV Shows and movies. Her debut was as a ballet/modern jazz dancer. Then she quickly graduated from 'L'Ecole de Théâtre Bellevue' with a degree of Technical corporal and improvisation diploma. She spent years practicing on stage and in front of the camera, with well-known acting coaches, directors, producers such as Christian Lucciani, Sylvie Boutley, Frédérique Farina, Georges Bécot, Jean-René Lemoine, Steven Soderbergh, Stanley J. Orzel, Jacky chan, Scott Williams and so many more! She graduated with a National Diploma in Performing Arts and in Drama Directing, from the renowned French Drama School 'Le Cours Florent', where she got out full of contentment and confidence. In 2015, she has directed her first feature film (L'arrivée d'un Typhon), an independent film shot and set in Hong Kong. Not only did Emilie star in this film, she was also the writer, the editor and producer. Now, back in france for some more artistic inspirations.
