Cassandra was born in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey and lives in London. She trained as a Ballet dancer from a young age with the Surrey School of Ballet. She read English and Drama at Sussex University and went on to train in Acting at the world renowned Drama Studio London in Ealing. She also produces theatre, TV and film with company Tales Retold. She is cousin to actress Julia Foster and TV Presenter Ben Fogle.
