He has made his mark in the industry of DJing for 15 years and has been driven by this dream since the age of 17. DJ Akhil Talreja believes he rose to success solely by hard work. From corporate events to big fat weddings to club gigs, DJ Akhil has been down that lane and has accomplished a new level of acclamation quite efficiently. DJ Akhil Talreja has remixed songs in over 13 Bollywood Movies; Marathi and Kannada movies too. He has also remixed for pop artists and mashed up quite a few, namely: Bareilly ki Barfi, Ok Jaanu, De Dana Dan, Acid Factory, Jai Veeru, Yedyanchi Jatra (Marathi film), "Ek Daffa" featuring Arjun Kanungo, and Dove (Kannada movie). Akhil's thirst for tapping new areas in music drove him to release his first underground album Akhilicious Vol. 1, which went on to be a blockbuster remix album worldwide.
