Amaka Obiechie, born of two Immigrant Nigerian parents in America but raised in Nigeria. She came back to the states to study theatre arts at Columbia College where she performed in many plays in the Chicago theatre scene from "The Philadelphia" to "For Colored Girls". Later on moving to Los Angeles to work as an actress after getting signed to a notable Los Angeles based agency. Since being in Los Angeles she has done two feature length films and a few TV shows such as Mindy Kahling's "The Mindy Project". Amaka also does voice over work for shows such as "SIX" on the History Channel, "The Brave" on NBC.
