Isabelle Anciaux is a Belgian actress living in Paris and Brussels. She was trained at the Acting (Stanislavski method and Actors Studio) in Brussels and the immediacy of emotions and letting go at Studio Pygmalion in Paris. She has appeared in several films including the role of Madame Delarive in the film 'The Apparition' Xavier Giannoli alongside Vincent Lindon. It has also been found in Martin Provost's' Sage Femme 'with Catherine Frot, in' Monsieur and Madame Adelman 'by Nicolas Bedos', in Fabienne Godet's' Une place sur la terre' with Benoît Poelvoorde, and in 'Une chanson pour la terre' by my mother 'Joel Franka with Sylvie Testud. She has also been seen in Dominique Ladoge's' Coup de coeur 'with Pierre Arditi and Henri Guybet, in the feature films' Emma Peeters' by Nicole Palo and' Moscou à Royan 'by Michaël Moscatelli or in the series' Hippocrates' by Thomas Lilti and 'Alice Nevers'. Whether in the theater or in front of camera, she has interpreted various roles ranging from naive, popular characters to authoritative, distinguished characters. She has won the four-time award for the short film 'Le Bouquet' as well as for the short film 'Monique' (main role) which won the Grand Prix at La Sorbonne - Objectif Censier. Formerly a psychiatric nurse in Crisis Services, she gave up everything to give life to her passion of acting. She has simply decided to give something else and she likes to be entrusted with roles that leave her great sensitivity expressing herself and her demanding this intense inner work!
