Philip Berenz is a Chicago trial attorney truly committed to assisting individuals and businesses with securing all available remedies and compensation for injuries and disputes and defending them when necessary. His passion for his beliefs of aggressive and zealous representation and true empathy for his clients' situations, circumstances, life-altering events and suffering shines through at trial time before a jury, in everyday conversations with the opposing attorneys and insurance companies and in every aspect of every single case. He listens. He does the "right" thing when nobody is looking. His trust is unequivocally paramount and he follows strict rules of ethics and professionalism with opposing counsel, the Courts and every person involved in every aspect of every matter. Words are bonds. His first appearance on a TV show (other than in numerous TV interviews and radio interviews associated with his practice of law)--The Daily Show with Jon Stewart--was thought by Mr. Berenz to be a true story of what happened in a lawsuit against the Rock Band Creed but, of course, The Daily Show had other plans and turned it into a comedy skit. In the show is Mr. Berenz and his long time friend for over 20 years and ex-brother-in-law, Chad Costino and Actor, Writer, and Producer Rob Corddry. Life is great and ever-changing and can change at a moment's notice and forever hold you in history for future mankind to see and learn about you by media, TV, and other recordings but most of all by your daily actions and kindness toward others that hopefully make some kind of good impact on the world before you leave it.
