Kristi Noem is a United States Congresswoman from South Dakota and is the only Congressional representative from that state. Noem is a Republican and was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in November 2010. Previous to that she served two terms in the South Dakota House of Representatives (2007-10), the latter term as Assistant Majority Leader.
