Shona is a director and actor with an insatiable curiosity about people, place and connections and a firm belief in the power and magic of storytelling. Film credits, as listed, Eat Pray Love and Deadline Gallipoli and This Land is Mine (current) Theatre credits include Dragonflies and The Son (Pangdemonium Theatre, Singapore) Hildegard of Bingen (Flinders University, South Australia); A Shakespeare Celebration (Akshara Theatre, India); Edmund (Edinburgh Fringe, UK); Still Life (Byre Theatre, UK) Directing credits (theatre) include Get Lost (Lasalle, Singapore); Exposing Edith (Adelaide Cabaret Festival, South Australian Tour, Auckland Cabaret Festival, Edinburgh Fringe); Taking Care of Baby (AC Arts, South Australia); Orphans (Bakehouse Theatre, nominated for Best Drama and Best Actor in the Critics Circle Awards, South Australia); Agnes of God (Adelaide Fringe, South Australia); Kryptonite (a co-production between the State Theatre Company of South Australia and the Sydney Theatre Company). Shona has also worked extensively as a voiceover artist for a range of corporate clients such as Nestle, Mercedes, Lux Soaps and Nord Anglia Schools. She has also worked for Audible on a drama series. Shona is also a talented creative producer, a freelance arts writer and advises theatre companies on marketing and PR. She has a BEng(hons) degree from Bristol University and a postgraduate diploma in PR and Communications. She lives in Singapore although is originally from the UK, and has also lived and worked in Dubai, India and Australia.
