Ken Cosentino was born December 4, 1989. He began making movies and dabbling in special effects makeup at the age of 10. Known as a "run-and-gun" director who can stretch a budget, Cosentino has been featured on the cover of Scream Magazine (the UK's premiere horror magazine) alongside horror legends John Carpenter and Bruce Campbell. In 2013, Cosentino was interviewed by GQ Magazine for his work with The Asylum, the company behind the Sharknado franchise. His films have played in several theaters in major US cities and internationally, in addition to being aired nationally on prime-time television. Cosentino is a political activist focused on human rights, environmental awareness and indigenous rights. In 2017, he successfully managed a grassroots political campaign in his hometown of Niagara Falls, NY; At the same time he started a charitable initiative known as the Tuscarora Water Drive which brings fresh water to families living on the Tuscarora Nation on a monthly basis. He is a published author and a multi-medium artist with skills in airbrushing, model making, sculpting and pen-and-ink. He is married to actress Elizabeth Houlihan.
