Alex Shofner

Alex Shofner is an award-winning filmmaker born and raised in Nashville, TN. He earned a National Merit Scholarship to the University of Florida and graduated with a B.A. in Finance in 2008. He has worked on commercials, music videos, and feature films in two different countries. He has produced and directed short films which garnered attention at international film festivals. In 2010 he, with co-director Takashi Doscher and three others, launched PoetZero and is developing several projects in Nashville. A Fighting Chance is Alex's first feature film.
