Matt Patterson

Monstermatt Patterson is an award winning author and artist, Husband and Father, Musician, hailing from the Western New York area. He is "The Man of a Thousand Bad Monster Jokes " which are found in the books, "Ha-Ha! Horror" "Bride of Ha-Ha! Horror" and "Son of Ha-Ha! Horror" and the 6FtPlus podcast. He makes Monster masks and is an actor, as well as contributing as production assistant, art department, special effects department, producer. Monstermatt has contributed to "Scary Monsters Magazine" and been mentioned in "Rue Morgue Magazine " "Famous Monsters" and various Horror websites. He writes for The Retroist, HorrorSociety, HoroorNewsNet websites. As a child, his babysitter was Donna McDaniel, a B-movie actress and Backup singer for various bands like Motley Crue and others. His parents started a Music store that has been a part of the local area since the 1960's. His Father appeared on "The Lawrence Welk Show" and his performance style encouraged Monstermatt to follow the example in marching band, and local cover/original bands, as well as being part of the newscasts on college radio in the early 1990's.
