Radu Valcan

Radu Valcan was born in Bucharest, Romania. He is a very popular Romanian actor and TV host. He began his career as a model, being declared, two years in a raw, "Best Romanian Male Model". From modeling, he soon jumped to TV. First, as a presenter of the MTV News on MTV Network Romania, then he switched to Prima TV, first as the host of "Impact" and then as the anchor of the Sport News. The big step in his career came in 2009 when he became the co-host of "Povestiri adevarate" for ACASA TV. Radu Valcan participated, in 2009, in the "Dansez pentru tine" show (Dancing for a Dream) where he gained the Popularity Prize. In the same period, he also receives the "Sexiest TV Star" Award in the TV Mania Annual Prizes. In less than a year, he becomes the most popular and appreciated Romanian Tv star. His talent, ambition and dedication, made the most important production houses in Romania, Media Pro Pictures to give him the leading role in the Tv series "In the name of Honor". Shootings for this project started in the summer of 2010 and it premiered on ACASA TV in September, same year.
