Tom Holland

“The most important thing, in anything you do, is to always try your best, because if it doesn't go as well as you hoped, you still have that feeling of not letting yourself down.” Tom Holland is a British actor known primarily for his portrayal of Peter Parker in Spider-Man. From an early age he showed a passion for dancing, capturing the attention of a choreographer who recognized his potential for theater. After several auditions, in 2008 he landed a role in the play Billy Elliot playing the title character and stood out for his ability to perform acrobatics. Holland attended the BRIT School to study Performing Arts and Technology, debuted in the film The Impossible (2012) and abandoned his studies to concentrate on his acting career. He achieved greater recognition after signing his contract with Marvel Studios: he had his first appearance as Spider Man in Captain America: Civil War (2016) and from there began his rise to fame. He starred in the trilogy of Spider-Man films, directed by Jon Watts, which were box office hits. He also appeared in Avengers films with the same character. He was a voice actor for films such as Spies in Disguise (2019), Dolittle (2020) and Pixar's Onward (2020). In 2017 he created, together with his brothers, the foundation “The Brothers Trust”, which seeks to raise funds and support various charitable causes, including raising awareness of bone marrow donation. He has demonstrated that his talent and commitment position him as a key figure in the entertainment industry of his generation.
