Michael McAdam is an actor born in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada in 1969 to parents Mike and Ardith McAdam (nee Hargrove). Current residence: Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Michael studied Improv at the Loose Moose Theatre, the home of Theatresports, in Calgary in 1986. He began acting professionally in 1987; He did a short time as a stand-up comic at Yuk Yuk's in Calgary in 1989 while he attended both the University of Calgary and Mount Royal College. Community theatre experience gave way to background work in film (most notably as John Cleese's stand-in on "Rat Race" and Randy Quaid's stand-in on "Brokeback Mountain." Michael's first speaking role was in "Six Figures," as the salesman. He has a younger brother, Andrew.
