Mark Anthony is an American filmmaker born October 16th in New York. Mark starred in his first stage play at the age of 7, a Kindergarten production of "Romeo and Juliet", at the Milestone School in Mount Vernon, NY. A picture from the performance even made it into the local newspaper in Mount Vernon, thus further sparking his interest in acting. As a teenager Mark decided to take a hiatus from acting to play sports at his various schools. After high school, he attended college at Long Island University (Brooklyn, NY) and received a Theater Scholarship. He graduated with a Bachelors in Theater/Communications. While attending college Mark starred in four Theater Productions including a portrayal of African American Theater pioneer James Hewlett in "The African Company Presents: King Richard the Third", "Antigone" and "No Exit". In 2008 Mark performed in his first Off-Broadway production entitled "Finding Home" at the New Perspectives Theater in Manhattan. Mark currently resides in Los Angeles, California where he hones his craft taking on various Film and Theater roles.
