Ólafur trained at the Arts Educational School of Acting in London, graduating in 2003. He worked professionally as an actor in the UK for two years, before moving back to his native Iceland. Ólafur has worked within the industry in his homeland as an actor, writer and director. Olafur was the writer of series 3 and 4 of the world renowned children's TV series, LazyTown.
