Johan Patrik Fredrik Matton, born in Stockholm, Sweden, has contributed to the independent film community in New York for over a decade producing dozens of feature film projects. Most notable is his self-written feature film Till We Meet Again, which won several awards including the 'Best Picture' Jury Prize and Best Picture Audience Award at Long Beach International Film Festival, obtained worldwide distribution and a limited theatrical release in the US. His films have been screened at over a hundred film festivals around the world and competed at the top festivals; Rotterdam International Film Festival, Vision Du Reel, True/Falce, and the largest documentary film festival in the world IDFA (International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam) where he won Best Picture. Johan has produced and directed commercials for Nike, Ferrari, Microsoft, Spotify, Minecraft, AT&T, and H&M, to mention a few but is now focusing on vegan and sustainable brands and companies. Outside of making films, Johan is involved in multiple charity organizations, has traveled through almost all South-East Asian countries, volunteered with Soi Dogs in Phuket, taken vegan cooking classes in Bangkok, and visited meditation centers in Tibet. Johan is the founder of the Nordic International Film Festival and he continues to spread the message of equality for all humans and making enhanced efforts toward animal rights and welfare. His New York, Berlin, and Stockholm-based production company Changing Film Productions keep producing feature films and commercials for Scandinavian and US clients and worldwide markets. They are Vegan, plastic-free, and accept Crypto as means of payment.
