Kaya Verruno

Kaya Verruno is an award winning filmmaker and photographer born in Los Angeles with Brazilian and Argentinean roots. After graduating in film production from California State University Northridge, Kaya moved to Bahia, Brazil to produce his first feature film Shadows of the Green Line, written, directed, shot and edited by him. Kaya spent five years in Bahia discovering under the radar artists for which he produced three albums, shot numerous music videos and album covers for Brazilian artists such as Mariene de Castro, Mateus Aleluia, Sertanilia, Nectar Brasil to name a few. As of 2018, Kaya lives in Los Angeles working in development on his next feature film "Colonel & the Fishermen".
