Penelope was born in the suburbs of Paris France. Where she lived for 14 years before moving to Switzerland with her parents and older brother. She lived, studied and worked in the French part of Switzerland (Neuchatel and Lausanne) for 13 years. She studied Communication Systems at the Swiss institute of Technology in Lausanne and worked as an IT Auditor For Ernst & Young before moving to London to follow her passion for Acting. In 2010 she graduated from East 15 with an MA Acting.
