A West Texas ranch girl at heart, Kayla grew up running around barefoot in the country. She started acting when she was a freshman in high school and later attended Texas Tech University where she majored in Theatre. During her time at Texas Tech she began a theatre career and started the transition into film. After graduating from Texas Tech she moved to Los Angeles where she is now acting.
