Deborah Louise Robinson

Deborah is an award-winning screenwriter, film producer, director, and editor. Deborah's work in film began many years ago when she worked briefly as a film critic; at the time, specialising in horror - her reviews were published internationally in many top newspapers and magazines. She has since written screenplays across all genres, with several of them now in development. 'Last Will and Embezzlement', the highly acclaimed, feature-length documentary starring Hollywood icon, Mickey Rooney, produced by Deborah's former company, Starjack Entertainment, was her directorial debut. The film premiered in Manhattan, NY, in April 2012, to a full house and garnered rave reviews, including a half-page spread in the New York Times. Deborah now runs her own production company, Highway Star Pictures, which was formed in 2014, and the company has a diverse slate of films. Deborah spearheaded the creation of an annual rock festival, Full Moon Dog Festival, which launched in England on 1st October 2011. The 2012 festival was filmed for a film entitled 'Madder Than a Full Moon Dog' which was produced, and directed by Deborah. Deborah, who also specialises in music video production, also runs a band management company, Knuckle Duster Management, and manages two British rock bands, Asomvel and Stiletto Farm. In December 2016, Deborah and her daughter, Ella founded the magickal monthly subscription box, Witch Casket - the Casket now has thousands of subscribers in over 60 countries across the globe.
