Kate has fast established herself as a versatile performer - appearing in musical theatre, television and as a recording artist in Australia and internationally. Her career began at the age of four when she was cast in the national TV ad campaigns for 'Playskool' toys. By the age of twenty Kate had trained with John Main OAM, Marilyn Jones and Garth Welch, Australian Theatre For Young People (ATYP), Forest Theatre Co, Sydney Youth Ballet and is a graduate of the NSW State Schools Talent Development Project (TDP) and the prestigious Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) with a Bachelor of Arts (Music Theatre). Her career blossomed with many performance opportunities with wonderful people including Tommy Tycho, George Golla, Nick Enright, Anthony Warlow ,Nancy Hays, Julie Anthony, Sharron Millerchip, Little Pattie, Bobby Limb and many others. Kate Toured extensively throughout South East Asia and Australia as a Singer for the Walt Disney Company for ten years. Kate marked her professional Musical Theatre debut with the role of Star To Be in the 20th Anniversary Australian National Tour of Annie. The Production Company's Mack and Mabel followed closely thereafter. Kate was thrilled to create the role of Helen for the World Premiere of Burt Bacharach and Hal David's What the World Needs Now. Marianne Renate in the Australian National Tour Shout! The Musical and Katherine in Sunset Boulevard, and Maggie in The Charmed Life. Kate regularly performs in concert throughout Australia from the Sydney Opera House to the Tamworth Country Music Festival. Highlights include singing for His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales, Her Royal Highness the Crown Princess of the Kingdom of Thailand, Alan Jones, Dick Smith, Keith Urban, John Stevens and Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia to name a few. Kate had been honoured to sing the National Anthem at various events including NRL Grand Finals, Australia Day Cup as a part of Royal Randwick Summer racing festival, Olympic Welcome Home Parades, Australian Swimming Championships. Kate was also the Official Singer for the NSW Police Force.
