Andre Soukhamthath was born in Providence, Rhode Island. He is also known as "The Asian Sensation" in the Mixed Martial Arts world and the first Lao-American fighter to ever be signed to the UFC. He began performing in front of a crowd at a young age doing Lao traditional dances and school plays. Andre was a student-athlete in high school and was also apart of the Theatre Arts and dance program. After High School, Andre decided to start his Mixed Martial Arts career. Succeeding a promising start, he decided to make a move to Florida for training and to complete his aspirations of becoming apart of the UFC's roster. He got signed to the promotion in 2017 and was then again a free agent in 2020. While he was on the rise in his Mixed Martial Arts career, Andre took opportunities to star in Commercials, Print and breakout into film. Andre continues to be a Trailblazer for the Lao peoples History, Culture and the misrepresentation that brought the Lao people to America.
