Born in Greece, Kassandra is an operatic singer (mezzo soprano) and opera stage director, play writer and co-founder of the Skull of Yorick Productions. She has been on stage since the age of 9 and her international career started in 2007, in Germany when she sang the title role in G. Bizet's opera "Carmen" (Monschau Klassik). Since then, she has sang major operatic roles all over the world. She is currently living in Thessaloniki, Greece and running the Opera Festival in Thessaloniki which takes place every September at the Odeon of the Ancient Roman Forum. She has also started the first independent opera studio for young artists (2013).
