Nolan Brian Rabanal Tiongco is a writer, director, and producer from Southern California. Nolan was born and raised in Pasadena, California. The son of Bernardo Songco Tiongco and Elizabeth Rabanal Tiongco, Nolan grew up all along the 210 freeway. Bernardo Songco Tiongco worked as a scanner on Space Jam (1996). Elizabeth Tiongco works as a software engineer for a JPL/NASA contract. At the age of 8, Nolan conducted the 1998 ABVM winter concert. As a teenager, Nolan attended La Salle High School in Pasadena, California where he began producing news programs. Nolan graduated from California State Long Beach with a degree in film post-production. He worked as a data manager at the Warner Bros archival vault for 6 years. Nolan is now writing, directing, and producing "The Syndicate's Tale" a short film series. Pickpocket (2020,) Carry That Weight (2022), & Oyster (TBA).
