William H. Powers

Born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia, William (known as Bill to his friends) has had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of talent across the country including, most recently, Thora Birch in Public Affairs, directed by Eric Bross. With the ability to express a wide range of emotions without words (and winning "Best Actor" in the Hampton Roads 48hr Film Project doing just that) William is able to bring "a little something extra" to each character he inhabits. When not in front of the camera or auditioning, William is a competitive fencer (Foil and Epee) and teaches fencing at his local club. He is always delighted to share analogies between the craft of acting and the sport of fencing to his students.
