Gordon James Asti was born on September 11th, 1988 in Saratoga CA, USA. He is an actor, known for Criminal Minds (2005), Beulah (2017) and Sunday (2013). Gordon began his professional acting career on stage at the age of 20. In 2009 he auditioned for the Cascades Theatrical Company's production of Agatha Christie's The Mousetrap in Bend Oregon. This landed him his first lead role as "Giles Ralston". During the production, he became fast friends with his co-star Caleb Neet. To hone their skills in front of the camera, Caleb and Gordon wrote, directed and starred in many short films including Coffee (2009) and My Life... (2010) before moving to Hollywood to pursue their careers. Gordon has since continued writing and directing. He wrote, directed and starred in his first feature film Sunday (2013) which premiered at the Theater Asylum in Hollywood. His film Life of the Party (2013) starring Caleb Neet and Daniel Zacapa, premiered at the 10th annual Bend Film Festival. His leading role as a tormented Iraqi war veteran "Joseph Tigyul" in the film Shellshock (2014) was critically acclaimed at the 2014 UCSB Film Fest. The film won best picture. On February 27th 2016 he met and quickly fell in love with filmmaker Denise Ambroggio. Together they wrote, directed and starred in the short film Beulah (2017). On February 27th 2017 they were married. In 2017 he landed the role of "Michael Lee Hill" on the hit TV series Criminal Minds (2005), acting alongside Joe Mantegna, Paget Brewster and Damon Gupton.
