Mohamed Jabaly

Mohamed Jabaly Mohamed is a 26 years old Palestinian filmmaker and artist from Gaza. He has been working in several organizations and projects, training kids and young adults within filmmaking and photography. He has done several short films, documentaries and music videos since 2011. He has participated in many local, regional, and international exhibitions, film festivals, and workshops in Europe and the Arab world. Mohamed is also a member of the general committee of expression artists & Member of the Union of Palestinian Artists. Also a member of the Norwegian Film Association - Norsk Filmforbund (NFF) and the Directors Guild of Norway - Norske Filmregissører (NFR). Lately his first feature film Ambulance won a Palestinian local award "Sun Bird" as best documentary film during the Days of Cinema in Palestine. Mohamed is also got a Norwegian award "Rookie/Skårungen" as best rookie director, from The North Norwegian Film Center During TIFF 2016. Mohamed is based now in Tromsø, Norway and working as freelancer filmmaker.
