Alin Halajian

Alin Halajian has been involved in Film and Entertainment since 2010 and has been growing strong in the industry. Alin is a member of many organizations in her community, Such as Women and Film New England, The Massachusetts Production Coalition, SAG-Aftra Union, Stage Source, Scatv, and New England Actor & Film. Alin is signed with an agent at Model Club Inc. Boston. In the acting world, Alin's talent and focus of training has been in improvisation and method acting. She has taken a variety of different acting classes and workshops as well and has studied sociology roles, culture, psychology intensive behavior and critical writing at Northeastern University. Alin continues to enhance her knowledge and dedication to her craft and career path by attending advanced workshops, training's and seminars in her fields of work. In career and business, Alin is a Travel & Wedding Coordinator. She specializes in wedding & honeymoon planning, customizing wedding websites, and designing invitations and products. She is your go to girl for coordinating & planning events! In sales and promotional work, Alin is a Brand Ambassador and Promotional Model who hosts events and trade shows to promote a particular company's product or service. In modeling, Alin has walked the runway for the Next on Scene Bridal & Fashion Show and is also signed with an agency for work as a print model and actor. In the career of show business in the entertainment industry of film, theatre, and television, Alin has worked on two television pilots and two television series with featured scenes on the show SMILF on showtime. In commercials and industrial's, Alin has worked on various projects for a wide range of companies including MLB Red Sox , Gatorade, as well as a national commercial for Dunkin Donuts. Voice over is another talent Alin has had training in with a voice over demo in Armenian. Being bilingual and ethically ambiguous is a plus in the entertainment world. In film, Alin has been involved in over 20 Hollywood films as an extra/background actor with some featured work. She had gained experience in movie making, behind the scenes, and set etiquette. She used her time on set to learn everything she can to work on her craft and grow in the industry through the years. She pursued her acting career by working on student films and short films leading to landing some great roles in two independent films "Sweeney Killing Sweeney" and "Exit Plan", both making it to theaters and film festivals this year. Aside from acting, Alin also has experience on the production and business side of the industry working as a Production Assistant, Stage Manager, Assistant Producer and Set Designer in both theater and film. Alin was the Assistant Producer for the theatrical play "Butter", a comedy about food. Alin was also the Wardrobe & Set Designer for the short film "Late Fall." In theater, Alin has been involved with Murder Mystery Company as a Performer/Actor in dinner theater shows as well as comedic theater shows such as Bar-Stool Stories. Alin's experience as a Wedding Planner and Assistant Producer both involve the role of a liaison to connect, communicate and coordinate all parties to work effectively with each other. Producing and Wedding Planning both require research, planning, preparing contracts, arranging meetings, setting up vendors and entertainers (photographers/video/music,decor, etc.), coordinating with bride/production crew, meeting deadlines, budgeting, scheduling, marketing, and having organization skills to manage all that is required in a timely manner. Stage Managing in theater and Event Coordinating of a wedding also share similar responsibilities such as making sure everything is confirmed, coordinating communications among everyone involved while overseeing the entire event/show process. Alin has the drive, personality & ability to work well with people in the artistic and technical sides of both the wedding & entertainment industry.
