Lilian Afegbai is a triple threat; Reality star, Actor and award-winning Producer. The Edo state indigene is arguably Africa's youngest female producer to win an AMVCA (Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards). The entertainment industry has always fascinated Afegbai, and this became a lifelong passion of hers after she was given a role in a Church play as a little girl. After graduating in Accountancy from Ben Idahosa University, Nigeria, she moved to Lagos for her mandatory one- year National Youth Service Corps(NYSC), and worked with Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS) as a Tax Collection officer. During this period, she started going for auditions and landed minor roles on the now defunct Africa Magic Original Productions(AMOF), and gained more recognition when she got a recurring part on the long running soap series Tinsel in 2013. She went on to participate in the popular Big Brother Reality Television Show in 2014, and emerged one of the fan favorites. She parlayed her popularity as a reality star into her acting career, and was cast as "Venice The Blogger" in the very popular MNET comedy series; 'Do Good', which led to roles in blockbuster movies such as; Road To Yesterday, The Women, The Wedding, MerryMen, Moms at war and a host of others. Her production company EEP Entertainment, produced the critically acclaimed and award-winning movie; Bound, for which she won an AMVCA in 2018. Lilian is a recipient of awards and accolades like; the 'Entertainment Recognition' plaque she won from her alma mater post graduation in 2015; 'Most Charismatic Style of the year' at the St. Eve West Africa Fashion Week in September 2017, and City People 'Most Promising Actress of the year in October 2017. Not one to rest on her laurels, she is developing projects for the small and big screen, and currently stars as the controversial Princess Agbenu in the new MNET series Ajoche.
