Dawn Willis Forbes

Dawn Willis Forbes has played awkward and lovable, but troubled, characters in numerous films. She was born in Charleston, SC, and her obsession with performing started at the age of 4 in her Tiny Tumblers gymnastics class. In high school, she found her fix in the marching band and the theater as well as entering local beauty pageants. More recently, Dawn has also used those performing skills to breathe life into characters from the 1800s while volunteering as a colonial re-enactor. An avid researcher, Dawn loves learning more about - well, just about everything. She especially enjoys studying historical events and human behavior. She is married to Jamie Forbes, and together they have two children.
