Born on 18th November in Istanbul. Ismail Karagöz started to make his fist theatre works at last year of high school. In early 90's attended a local theatre (Sariyer Municipal Theatre) and took part in many theatre plays as an actor and director. (Including Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead by Tom Stoppard, Romulus The Great by Friedrich Durrenmatt, True West by Sam Shepard, Play It Again, Sam by Woody Allen). His breakout role came in 2015 when he played special driver Sükrü on TV show Kiralik Ask. Recently works on TV shows, films and stage plays.
